The promise
Prices ex GST, current at [[month year]], for standard-complexity work; a fixed quote is confirmed before we start.
If we discover the work is bigger than the published price assumes, you get a fixed quote in writing before we start — never an invoice explaining itself afterwards.
Pricing questions
Do prices include GST?
No — all fees are ex GST, which is how business pricing is normally quoted. GST is added on the invoice. ASIC fees are GST-free by law and are passed through at cost, shown separately so you always see what is our fee and what is the regulator’s.
What are the ASIC fees?
ASIC charges $636 to register a company (2026–27) and an annual review fee of $342 for a standard proprietary company ($70 for special-purpose SMSF trustee companies). They apply whoever does your paperwork; we pass them through GST-free with no margin.
Can I switch tiers?
Yes. Plans are month to month — upgrade any time (the new price starts next cycle) or downgrade with 30 days’ notice. If your business changes size mid-year we’ll usually raise it before you do.
What if my work turns out to be more complex?
Published prices cover standard-complexity work. If a review shows genuine extra scope — multiple entities, messy history, an ATO dispute — we confirm a fixed quote in writing before starting. Nothing is billed that wasn’t agreed first.
How does billing work?
Subscriptions are collected monthly by direct debit; one-off engagements are paid by card when you start online. Invoices and receipts land in your portal automatically.
