BRS Advisory is headquartered in Adelaide, so South Australian agents and conveyancers get the same online audit with a local auditor on the other end of the video call. The SA audit year ends 30 June and the report goes to Consumer and Business Services by 30 September, covering every trust account operated under the Land Agents Act or Conveyancers Act.
We audit sales trust accounts, property management accounts and conveyancing settlement accounts on the same fixed fee per account. Records come out of your trust software, testing covers receipts, payments and month-end reconciliations, and anything that needs fixing arrives in a plain-English management letter — with the remediation quoted separately so next year’s audit is clean.
